Family of 5 from Australia. All it took was to tell Russell how long, ideas of what we wanted and our budget. He did the rest! And from our first morning met by Russell and our tour guide for the day we received a welcome basket that had useful travel accessories and snacks for the road.

Our tours were flexible to meet our needs and accommodate any changes to our daily activities. And best of all, all private! A huge deal when travelling with three children. Tour guides would take our youngest boys individually through treks amd canyoning so we were not stressed and the boys listened to them and enjoyed experiences which could have been so hard by ourselves.

Accommodation to meet your budget although some rooms really arent for three people. We survived and had our times at comfortable resorts too.

Russell checked in every day and would update any details or bookings as required. Our own van driver most days who would take us to activities or even on a maccas run at any time.

Friends and family were concerned sending money to a business overseas might be risky and afraid i could be scammed. Our tour cost 575,000PHP and everything was as it said it was. No travel agent in Australia could have offered the same level and quality of service as e-Philippines.
