We had a wonderful holiday in the Philippines, visiting a lot of places. 10 days with privat driver to Sagada and Banaue before turning west towards Vigan and Laoag. So much to see and experience. Therafter we flew to Palawan and further to Bohol.
When it comes to the service from ePhilippines we are very pleased, skilful and friendly planning, lots of e-mails back and forward. And when in the Philippines everything worked out fine. We were always picked up on time, drivers and guides were nice and helpful.
Still I have to mentiontwo exceptions to the 100 % smooth travel experience. One of our trip points – shooting the rapids – was impossible to reach, due to weather conditions. We were offered a different day trip instead, which was also interesting, and, of course, nobody can be blamed for meterological circumstances ….
When arriving in Puerto Princesa, there was some sort of misunderstanding with the local agent, that resulted in two hours delay and a great deal of frustration. However Russel worked out a nice compensation for this event, showing that he will do everything possible to fullfill the plans and satisfy his guests.
The hotel standard varied from basic till extremely nice. We will especially mention the resort Coco Grove Beach Resort in Siquijor, the most beautiful place.
