TOUR BOOKING DETAILS AND GUIDELINES:

1. Registration will only be considered if they are sent using this official registration form.

2. Upon filling and submitting the registration form on our website, please wait for our reply with the booking details and procedure. All slots are on a first- come, first – served basis. Registered participants will be required to deposit an initial 50% deposit. An option date will be given after receipt of the registration form. Failure to comply with the option date would mean cancellation of the reservation. The remaining balance should be settled at least three days prior to the trip date.

The company has the right to cancel any tour that does not reach the required minimum number of participants.  You may opt to reschedule your reservation to any group tours that we have or we may offer a full refund.

3. All deposits and payments should be scanned and emailed to us as soon as possible. After receiving and confirming your deposit, please expect your official travel voucher from us. The travel voucher would signify your confirmed reservation/ booking with us. The voucher will include all pertinent details for our trip.

4. All confirmed bookings are transferable to another person for the same trip but it is non- refundable. Please notify us beforehand for these changes.

5. All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered or canceled due to hazardous conditions, uncontrollable circumstances or any fortuitous event which may arise. We always put your safety first. In the event that a tour get cancelled due to these reasons, we may offer a full refund. Please send us your bank details and we will make the deposit as soon as possible.

6. All registered participants are required to sign a waiver form which will be given by your tour coordinator before every trip.

7. If you have a special request for seating on the van, please advise us in advance by including it in your registration email. We will try to accommodate your request. If not, we will inform you beforehand.

8. Please be at the pickup point on or before the designated time. An allowance of only 15 minutes will be given for late comers. The company has the right to depart without waiting for other participants. In this event, no refunds will be given for registered participants that do not come in time.
