Dear Russell Thank you for your time to cater and assist us in our trip. As requested, please find below our feedback: In general the trip was in line with the planning and expectation. The places we visited are very pretty and the local guides are very pleasant, kind and enjoyable. The guides in Sagada went out of his way to entertain us and took us for a bond fire trip which we really appreciate. The driver knew the direction very well and indeed very experience. It appears that you have overestimated the travel time to Banue whcih means we arrived at 0330 in the morning. I was told that normally the buses leave Manila at 1200 pm and arrive at Banue at 0800. We appreciate your time and able to reach you to resolve the early arrive where we managed to rest for a few hours. Overall the trip was great and the experience was wonderful. An expedition to the crater-lake of Mt. Pinatubo is a must for travelers, nature-lovers, and adventurers. Avoiding the busy streets and highways of Metro Manila by leaving early in the morning, the travel takes roughly around 2 to 3 hours including planned stop-overs and (in my case) an emergency stop-over. Upon arrival to the town of Capas Tarlac, the sight of 4x4s lined up along the side of the road will get your adrenaline soaring. En route to the crater, the 4x4 will go off-road and pass through lahar-scapes, streams, up-hills, downhills, ravines, and other rocky routes that can definitely displace you from your seats. With short stop-overs to appreciate the view of the surroundings and possibly to wait for comrades whose 4x4 may probably have slowed down due to a passenger's uncontrollable inclination to release breakfast from where it entered or to pick-up fellow passenger/s who have fallen behind, one should take the opportunity to stretch those limbs and pray... One can never be too safe in these conditions. The base before the trek offers a unique opportunity to appreciate the value of locomotion using one's feet rather than a motor-powered vehicle. Before the trek begins, a sign welcoming the adventurers to Pinatubo will quaintly explains the E.T.A. to the top of the crater by the generalized age groups. Congratulations to you if it holds true in your case. With mine, it did not. Rubber-legged, perspiring and short of breath, reaching the top is a genuine comfort. Picture picture once again... then the descent to the lake. Greenish, Bluish and all the colors in between, the crater-lake is a wonderful sight to behold. Digital pictures aside, my memory will not forget the scenery I've seen on top of Mt. Pinatubo. Thank you to our friendly guide, Kiko (for noting the emergency and for making that stop-over call) and to our driver , Rey, for the safe trip and for providing us with info with regard that "secret game" Pampanga is famous for. ;) E-Philippines did a great job in accommodating us in the Mt. Pinatubo climb. -

We had our Mt. Pinatubo adventure last Sunday, February 7, 2010. Having an agency like e-Philippines was indeed a very good decision. Promoting paper-less transaction was a brilliant idea. Russel was very professional. He even provided us alternatives so we can push through with our trip. His travel coordinator, Kiko, was very accommodating and pleasant too. We had a nice drivers from the van transfers and 4x4 adventure. Kiko even provided us a mat to seat on when we arrived at the Mt. Pinatubo crater. The trip was very amazing and hassle-free. The only setback is that when we thought the groupings for 4x4 will not be followed. However, Kiko made arrangements so I can still ride with my friends. Good Job e-Philippines! We had our CDO-Camiguin-Bukidnon trip last Feb 5-7, 2010. I must say, Russel did a very good job in giving us a hassle-free adventure. Very comfy transfers, nice drivers, and he really handled our schedule well. He keeps on checking if everything's fine. One suggestion though, it would be better if you choose another hotel in CDO other than Wilshire Inn, the staff there are not that organized and we have experienced quite rude group of men along the hallway, it feels like we are not secured there, plus the room and facilities therein are sub-standard. Well this is not Russel's fault at all, i'm just airing my suggestion.=).. Two thumbs up for you Russell! 'til our next trip!=) - Hazel Alcantara

We had enjoyed Puerto Princesa Tour Package arrange with e-Philippines. Mr. Russell was very accommodating even though I had a lot of changes made before I finally decide where to stay in PPS. The trip was well organized. Didn't experience any downtime at all. (Thanks Russel!) The accomodation, ammenities and rooms at Paras Beach Resort was SUPERB! The only disappointment we encountered was with WILLSHIRE. When we got there it seemed like they weren't prepared for us at all. And it was their van that picked us up from the port! Our room didn't have any blankets, the tv didn't come with a remote, no tissue in the bathroom, and there was no floormat right outside the bathroom door. I have a wonderful vacation in Puerto Princesa last dec 2009 thanks to e-Philippines and Russel who's been so friendly the entire transaction and specially during our actual trip. The tour packages provide everything that you need from pickup from your place to the actual tour site and back. We felt so pampered. I also love the friendly local tour guides who give more meaning to your experience...
